Catering Menus
Please see the catering menus for a variety of dining options. Our prices include white ceramic dishes, flatware & glassware, white linen napkins, setup and cleanup and all serving pieces.  Please refer to our catering menus for specific food item costs. 18% gratuity is added to all the food and beverage costs. Since we do our own catering, there could be no other caterers on premise. (We have enough serving ware, dishes, glassware, etc. to serve 75 guests. If more serving ware, dishes, etc. are needed to serve more than 75 guests, Imperial River Co. will rent the items and charge rental fee to guest.) 

Alcoholic Beverages
We have a full bar on site. We serve liquor, wine, champagne & beer. Purchase wine through Imperial at our wine list rate less 35% per case or bottle. You may provide your own wine at a $10 per bottle corkage fee. Beer is available by the keg - both domestic and microbrew.  We provide the tap. Well drinks are $4.25 per drink or current bar prices for premium liquors. Prices vary accordingly. Because of our on-site full bar, event options include: beer & wine on the lawn at event site (satellite bar), hosted full bar at the Imperial Bar or no-host bar. Oregon Liquor Control Commission Laws do not allow for guests to bring their own uncontrolled alcohol to events.
