Imperial River Company has the food, activities and facilities to make your group event unforgettable. With activity options like Rafting, Fishing, Hunting, Cycling and just hanging out on the lawn, your group is sure to be busy and happy. And, when you plan your event with Imperial River Company, our Event Coordinator is available to help with all of the food, lodging and scheduling details so that you can relax and have fun, too.

Corporate Team-Building Retreats

Imperial River Company retreats offer pizzazz and fun that is sure to have your co-workers raving about this office getaway for months.

Imagine this: Arrive Tuesday afternoon and check-in to our deluxe Riverview lodge rooms. Gather for a relaxed social hour in the shade of our grand maple tree.  For dinner, move the party inside to the restaurant for some delicious High Desert cuisine. Then, conclude the evening with a friendly poker game in our private conference room.

Wednesday morning, enjoy our delicious, hearty continental breakfast and then meet for three hours in our 40 seat conference room. Head out for a BBQ lunch down by the river and then go on a FUN whitewater raft trip in the afternoon. After a quick nap in your cool lodge room, join back together with the group for a catered buffet dinner on the river’s edge followed by an awards presentation. Finish the night off out at the fire pit with a drink and some more social time.

Don’t want to leave the next morning? Stay another night on your own and spend a day partaking in activities like bird hunting, fly fishing, hiking or cycling. Now really, this is work?

Birthday Parties

Is it time to celebrate someone’s special day? Don’t stress yourself out cleaning and moving furniture; have the party at Imperial. With options like a full restaurant menu or a catered buffet for groups of 20 or more, you can be sure to please everyone. Our on-site bar allows you lots of flexibility for the bar tab: hosted, non-hosted or beer & wine only.

Our seating options include indoor and outdoor river view dining as well as our private conference room that can seat 40 guests. And, of course, our Event Coordinator is ready to help with cakes, decorations and other special touches.

Meetings & Workshops

Imperial’s Conference Room offers a quiet, bright, comfortable space to check those items off your agenda. Or, if your group really needs a change of scenery, consider meeting outside in the shade of our grand old maple tree.  When it’s time for a break, enjoy the ease of lunch, snacks or coffee prepared by the Imperial River Company staff. We specialize in helping you with the details that will keep your meeting productive and on schedule.

Family Reunions

The variety of ages and interests of any extended family can make planning a reunion a challenge for anyone.The Imperial River Company can help.

A sample itinerary might include:
Family members arrive on Thursday afternoon. The older generation checks into their comfortable lodge rooms while those who prefer to camp get set up in the city park right next door. Everyone gathers back on the lawn at the lodge for social hour with a friendly sand volleyball game for those who still need to burn some energy. When it’s time for dinner, our varied restaurant menu offers something for everyone.

Friday morning, the group gathers on the lawn ready for their FUN raft trip (Everyone ages 6 to 106 can participate in our safe, laid back rafting adventures.) Anyone who is not rafting takes off for a day of swimming and lounging at the beautiful White River Falls State Park. After some late afternoon naps, gather the entire family again for a catered riverside buffet dinner followed by an evening of lounging around our fire pit.

Having too much fun to leave? Stay another night and spend the next day fishing, cycling, bird hunting or just exploring the gorgeous Oregon High Desert.
